Key Responsibilities:
-Manage procurement tasks including sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase order (PO) issuance, and supplier follow-up.
-Coordinate shipping and logistics activities such as import/export documentation, freight arrangements, customs clearance, and on-time delivery.
-Maintain and update supplier records, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
-Track purchase orders and shipments to align with production schedules and inventory needs.
-Liaise closely with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow and problem resolution.
-Assist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports, and digital systems to enhance efficiency.
-Monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to recommend supply chain strategies
-Supporting the development and implementation of new supply chain initiatives
-Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements :
-Min Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics—preferably in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
-Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and Incoterms.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
-Able to work independently with a sense of urgency and accountability.
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
-Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and address supply chain challenges
-Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
