What You'll Do:
-Responsible for the Full Spectrum of HR Function including managing recruitment and selection, payroll (for Local & Foreign staff), compensation & benefits, leave & attendance management, staff movement,employee relations and others HR matters.
-Ensure timely submission of statutory contribution and government forms.
-Handle the working visa application or renewal of foreign staff.
-Ensure candidate documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
-Assist in year end performance appraisal exercise for the group of companies.
-Nurture a positive and build a good momentum of working environment.
-Propose improvement for the entire HR Department and update on the latest changes in Labour laws,statutory, taxes and any governments changes related to HR to ensure compliance.
-Others ad-hoc task given by Manager and/or Management.

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
-At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the said position.
-Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act and statutory compliance.
-Hands on full set of HR function (Manager will guide).
-High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
-Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.

-Knowledge of SQL payroll software is an advantage.
