Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with plant leaders to fulfill staffing needs.
2. Handle employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and administrative processes.
3. Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
4. Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
5. Maintain accurate HRIS data and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
6. Lead or contribute to HR and admin process improvement projects.
7. (Preferred) Assist with customs clearance and related administrative tasks, if experienced.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or higher in HR or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of broad HR experience; manufacturing plant experience is a plus.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is required.
4. Updated knowledge of Malaysia’s Employment Act, labor laws, and local compensation practices.
5. Familiarity with JobStreet, LinkedIn, and HRIS systems.
6. Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
