Responsibilities
-Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Receive and process finance documents from clients, record transactions accurately in the accounting system in accordance with accounting policies and standards and deliver financial reporting packages within agreed timelines.
-Manage payment initiation through the online banking platform in line with the agreed payment cycle and approval process, and prepare cash flow projections
-Support tax filing activities and monitor statutory and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
-Comply with finance business processes and procedures to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
-Ensure adherence to all document retention, reporting and audit requirements across multiple countries.
-Supporting ad-hoc projects or other duties as required.


Required Qualifications

Skills and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in accountancy/finance or equivalent qualification/business experience.
-Business-level English reading and writing skills.
-Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese characters.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Bonus Qualifications
-At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or professional services.
-Japanese language proficiency.
