Responsibilities
-Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Receiving salary information from clients, inputting it into the payroll system, and calculating payroll within established timelines.
-Collecting new joiner/leaver information and completing onboarding/offboarding processes, including insurance registration/deregistration and submissions to authorities.
-Responding to client queries related to payroll and benefits processes within established target timelines.
-Maintaining complete confidentiality of all payroll data, records, and reports.
-Ensuring filing and record-keeping of all employee files and data in compliance with applicable regulations.
-Supporting ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

Skills and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification/business experience.
-Business-level English reading and writing skills.
-Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese characters.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Bonus Qualifications
-At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in payroll, accounting, finance, or professional services.
-Japanese language proficiency.
