Responsibilities
-Providing administrative support in a professional & timely manner
-Answering and forwarding telephone inquiries
-Screening email communication, responding to emails as appropriate
-Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
-Proofreading and editing drafts of reports, emails, and other work for the executive team
-Maintaining organized and accurate records, updating databases, calendars, and other files

Job Requirements:
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Independent with good problem solving skills.
-Good command of verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office.
-Working Hour : 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
