Job Description
-Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and manpower planning.
-Handle employee lifecycle activities such as hiring, transfers, disciplinary matters, and exits.
-Conduct screening interviews and support manpower planning for the Manufacturing division.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
-Manage payroll processing, HRIS data, and HR documentation.
-Coordinate internal and external training programs and support employee development initiatives.
-Advise management on HR and employment-related matters.
-Assist in general office administration matters including coordination of company dinners, staff events, and employee engagement activities.

Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
-2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
-Good knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
-Strong recruitment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
