Key Responsibilities

Brand & Communication Strategy
-Translate brand positioning into clear messaging frameworks and communication guidelines
-Ensure brand tone, voice, and narrative are consistent across all channels
-Support brand launches, campaigns, and major announcements with structured messaging

Content & Storytelling
-Plan and develop monthly content based on customer insights and brand direction
-Write and structure: Brand stories, Campaign key messages, Website, Social media captions and short-form scripts

Corporate & External Communication
-Support external corporate communications such as: Brand statements, Media or partnership materials, Internal announcements and decks
-Assist in preparing communication materials for partners, distributors, or stakeholders

Market Research & Insights
-Conduct qualitative research (customer interviews, feedback review, community listening)
-Translate insights into communication angles and content directions
-Work with the team to test and refine messages based on real customer response

Collaboration & Execution
-Work closely with: Marketing & content team, Creative, e-commerce, and operations teams
-Support campaign execution from idea to final delivery

Requirements
-Mothers are strongly preferred
-1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing communication, content, or related roles
-Strong copywriting and structuring skills in Chinese, English, BM
-Able to explain ideas clearly and logically, not just creatively
-Good understanding of brand storytelling vs feature-driven marketing
-Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
-Curious, observant, and willing to learn directly from customers
