Responsibilities
-Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
-Oversee HR operations such as maintaining employee records, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and administering staff benefits.
-Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance reviews to support staff development.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.
-Supervise daily office administration, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and equipment management.
-Assist with hotel booking arrangements for staff and visitors.
-Manage correspondence, maintain filing systems, and prepare HR and administrative reports.

Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
-2–4 years of HR and administrative experience.
-Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
-High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
-Immediate or short notice availability is an advantage.
-Malaysian citizenship is required.
