What you'll be doing
-Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies with various distribution channels (Modern Trade, General Trade, HORECA, E-commerce platform) for all products.
-Coordinate and execute annual marketing plans & activities, including events, promotions, and advertising
-Gather and analyze market research data to help inform marketing decisions
-Create and maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
-Provide marketing administrative support to the sales team, including budget tracking and reporting
-Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
-Candidate with Digital Marketing experience will be added advantage.

Digital Marketing:
o Responsible for all brand official store related matters on e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee & Tiktok
o Develop, plan and execute e-commerce strategy to ensure business growth at marketplace such as sales promotion, store operation, social media and brand exposure.
o Manage and handle all daily operations, including order fulfillment, invoicing, settlements, return & refunds.

What we're looking for
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
-At least 2 years of experience in a FMCG marketing or assistant role
-Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
-A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
-Passion for the FMCG industry and a keen interest in marketing
