Responsibility

Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive traffic to the company's SaaS platform.

Create engaging and shareable content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories, tailored to different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and target demographics.

Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and proactively respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Implement community management strategies to foster a positive and engaged online community around the company's brand and products.

Analyze social media data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize social media strategies to achieve business goals.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.



Requirements

1. Full time office-based position

2.Outgoing and lively personality, good at communication, with a strong desire for creative expression.

3. Passionate about social media, enjoys shooting and producing videos, with a keen insight into visual content.

4. Possesses basic knowledge and experience in social media management, video editing, and image creation.

5. Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

6. Prior experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.
