Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

Serve as the first point of contact, efficiently responding to customer inquiries via LiveChat only.

Diagnose and resolve customer issues, providing timely solutions and clear guidance on our products and services.

Deeply understand customer needs, document interactions accurately, and follow up diligently to ensure complete resolution.

Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Business) to advocate for improvements and process optimizations.

Maintain expert, up-to-date knowledge of our payment solutions, policies, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Experience: Prior experience (1+ years) in customer service within finance, fintech, or internet industries is a strong plus. We genuinely welcome applications from passionate fresh graduates.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgment to make decisions under pressure.

A patient, friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
