Overall outlet/showroom owner

Responsible for sales, people & operations

Drive revenue & team performance

Ensure smooth daily operations

Deliver strong customer experience

Key Responsibilities
Outlet Operations
Manage daily showroom operations

Enforce SOPs & outlet discipline

Maintain showroom cleanliness & display standards

Handle customer issues & escalations

Sales & Revenue
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets

Drive consultation-based selling

Promote panels, stone & surface materials

Execute promotions & showroom campaigns

Improve walk-ins, conversion & deal size

Monitor sales reports & KPIs

Team & People Management
Recruit & onboard sales staff

Train product knowledge & sales skills

Conduct daily briefings & coaching

Manage schedules, attendance & discipline

Build performance-driven culture

Stock & Asset Control
Coordinate stock movement with warehouse

Ensure stock accuracy & safe handling

Prevent losses & damage

Manage showroom assets & samples

Requirements
Retail / showroom sales management experience

Interior materials / building industry = advantage

Strong leadership & people skills

Target-driven & results-focused

Good communication & negotiation

Able to work weekends / retail hours

Disciplined with SOPs
