Duties:

Assist in the management of end-to-end recruitment activities and overall administrative functions of the Group HR Division.

Assist in reviewing and implementing the Company’s HR policies and procedures.

Maintains accurate employee records and assist in coordinating the Company’s medical surveillance programmes.

Handle training related functions including audits conducted by internal/external auditors.

Liaise with training providers, regulatory/statutory bodies and other associates on relevant HR matters.

Participate in the implementation of ad-hoc projects, procedures and guidelines to align the workforce with the strategic goals of the Company.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR working experience, preferably in a senior executive role.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and working experience in an ISO certified work environment.

Experience in payroll administration and HR systems.

Excellent communication skills, strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to details.

Possess own transport.
