About the role

ROYALE CHULAN SEREMBAN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on promoting our exceptional hospitality and tourism services to both corporate and leisure clients. This is a full-time position based in Negeri Sembilan.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share

Identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with key accounts and clients

Overseeing the marketing team to create and implement innovative campaigns that enhance the company's brand and visibility

Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional customer experiences

Budgeting and forecasting for the sales and marketing departments

Providing strong leadership and mentorship to the sales and marketing teams

What we're looking for

A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the hospitality and tourism industry

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies

Proficient in the use of relevant sales and marketing tools and technologies

Exceptional team leadership and people management skills

A bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality management, or a related field
