工作职责｜Job Responsibilities
• 负责短视频内容方向规划与主题策划
Plan and develop short video content directions and themes
• 制定周 / 月度内容计划（Content Calendar）
Create weekly / monthly content calendars
• 构思短视频创意点子及基础脚本（内容流程和 CTA）
Develop creative ideas and basic scripts (flow & call-to-action)
• 研究 TikTok / FB & IG Reels / 小红书等平台趋势
Research trends and popular formats on TikTok, FB & IG Reels, XHS
• 确保内容符合品牌调性与目标受众
Ensure content aligns with brand tone and target audience
• 根据数据表现持续优化内容方向
Analyze performance data and optimize content strategy
• 与剪辑、拍摄、运营团队沟通，确保内容可执行
Collaborate with editing, filming, and marketing teams for execution

任职要求｜Requirements
• 熟悉短视频平台内容逻辑
Familiar with short video platforms and content logic
• 具备良好的内容策划与创意能力
Strong content planning and creative thinking skills
• 对热点、趋势与用户喜好敏感
Sensitive to trends, hot topics, and audience preferences
• 有相关经验或作品集者优先
Relevant experience or portfolio is an advantage
• 具备基本拍摄与剪辑能力者将会更有优势
Basic filming and video editing skills will be an added advantage

工作时间｜Working Hours
• 10:00am – 7:00pm 星期一至五｜10:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday
