Requirements
-Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
-Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Proficiency in Technical Sales, with a focus on understanding technical specifications and communicating them effectively to potential clients.
-Experience or willingness to learn how to conduct compelling Product Demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
-Understanding of Solution Selling methodologies, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
-Ability to build and maintain strong Client Relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
-Aptitude for Sales Engineering, including pre-sales technical assistance and post-sales support.
-Strong Problem-Solving skills to address technical challenges and provide effective solutions to clients.
-Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
-Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

-Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
-Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products and services.
