Key Responsibilities
-Draft and review contracts, including service, sales, and construction agreements.
-Prepare official letters and correspondence.
-Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and accurate contract records.
-Assist in tracking contract deadlines and compliance requirements.
-Support the team in administrative and record-keeping tasks related to contracts.

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
-Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in contract administration is an advantage.
-Strong English communication and writing skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
-Familiarity with construction terms, materials, and project workflows is an advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management tools.
