Key Responsibilities
● Configure CRM workflows, fields, layouts, validation rules, and automation based on approved requirements.
● Implement basic automation using Zoho Deluge and/or Python scripts under guidance.
● Support Sales, Support, and Operations teams by troubleshooting CRM usage issues.
● Assist in integrating CRM with internal tools such as ticketing systems, reporting sheets, and email workflows.
● Maintain CRM data quality (duplicates, missing fields, incorrect status flows).
● Perform testing and validation of new CRM workflows before production rollout.
● Document CRM processes, automation logic, and user guides.

Requirements
● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related).
● Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or academic scripting experience).
● Strong logical thinking and willingness to learn CRM automation.
● Good communication skills and ability to follow structured requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
● Exposure to CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
● Familiarity with low-code tools or APIs.
● Interest in process improvement and automation.
