Responsibilities & Authorities
-Assist the HR & Admin Manager in the overall HR & Administration activities of the Company.
-Manage the full employee life cycle, including advertisement recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and termination.
-Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
-Handle general office administration tasks such as booking air tickets & hotel accommodation, printing of company materials ( name card, diaries, t-shirt ), etc.
-Coordination of Company Exhibition & events, if any.
-Renew Company Credit Insurance & General Insurance and computer software license.
-Liaise with company IT vendor for any office computer hardware and software problem.
-Liaise with aircond technician, plumber, contractor, etc to maintain office facilities.

Competency Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar human resources or administrative role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
-Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle HR management, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, and talent development.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
-Proficient in MS Office applications and HR information systems.
