Key Responsibilities:
-Professionally respond to user inquiries via chat and email.
-Investigate and resolve issues related to vulnerabilities or account management.
-Escalate complex cases to the senior support team when necessary.
-Record and organize customer feedback to improve game performance and user experience.
-Provide friendly and empathetic communication to maintain positive relationships with players.
-Manage forums and social media channels to ensure a safe and enjoyable interactive environment.
-Update customer account information and record support interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
-Monitor and achieve performance indicators such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or above (higher education preferred).
-Preferred experience in customer service.
-Passionate about games and familiar with mainstream gaming platforms.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
-Proficiency in Traditional Chinese input methods and strong comprehension skills is preferred.
-Customer-centric mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
-Able to work shifts.
