Responsibilities:

To perform quality inspection based on inspection plan/criteria and ensure final products meet specification or drawing.

Deal with all internal department, Engineer, Supervisor and Technician on QC matters.

To reject products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.



To ensure measurement equipment is safe or discard any that do not meet requirements.

Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by perform calibration.

Generate QC report based on inspection results and daily reporting to superior / manager.

Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.

Supervise the production process.

Resolve quality-related issue in a timely manner.

Under take others relevant tasks as may be directed by manager from time to time.



Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in manufacturing or related field.

At least 2 years' experience in the related field.

Good communication skill and presentation

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Applicants must be willing to work in Nilai 3.

Good math and technical skills.

Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 or similar will be advantage
