Why this role?
As a Technical Engineer, you are a crucial member of our team, responsible for handling inverter and transformer products, including testing, commissioning, technical assistance, troubleshooting, support, service, maintenance, and customer inquiries.

What will you be doing?

Servicing Fuji Inverters on-site.

Troubleshooting, checking, and repairing inverters indoors.

Attending inverter testing and commissioning sessions.

Providing service and maintenance support to end-users.

Ensuring customers verify job completion by signing documents.

Addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions for Fuji Inverters.

Conducting Fuji Inverter training for customers.

Preparing service reports after checking issues.

Providing site support for Fuji Tusco Transformers.



Are you the one?

A Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a similar qualification.

1-2 years of related experience in technical or testing and commissioning are welcome.

Possess own vehicle, willingness to travel in Penang/Northern area.

Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to the need to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
