What you'll be doing
-Providing responsive, professional and personalised customer service to clients via phone, email and other communication channels
-Handling customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and effective manner
-Identifying and troubleshooting customer issues, and working to find suitable resolutions
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and communications
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
-Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and policies

What we're looking for
-Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
-Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
-A team player with a positive, adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
-Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
