What You’ll Do
-Be the first point of contact via WhatsApp & Zoom
-Lead weekly software onboarding sessions & virtual support
-Guide customers through setup, usage, and customisation
-Troubleshoot, escalate bugs, and log feedback
-Build lasting relationships and boost retention
-Join team briefings & skill-building sessions

Who We’re Looking For
-Fresh graduates welcome – Training provided! (Tech or HR background preferred)
-2–3 years of support experience? That’s a plus!
-Excellent communicator & problem-solver
-Self-driven, detail-oriented, and people-focused
-Mandarin/Cantonese skills are an advantage!
