What You’ll Do:
-Own the Full Product Lifecycle: From concept to launch, iteration, and scaling. You’re the product’s CEO.
-Lead Product Vision & Strategy: Shape the roadmap, define success metrics, and align with market needs and company vision.
-Champion Cross-Functional Execution: Align tech, design, sales & marketing to deliver on time and at scale.
-Drive R&D by Module: Lead product research and development across HRMS, accounting, and digital solutions.
-Elevate Product Performance: Track and improve SaaS KPIs (engagement, churn, conversion, LTV, CAC).
-Deliver with Precision: Oversee UAT, bug management, and enhancement rollouts with clarity and speed.
-Mentor and Manage: Lead and grow a team of product executives and analysts with a strong coaching and feedback culture.
-Stay Ahead of Trends: Research SaaS innovations, market shifts, and emerging tech to keep us ahead.
-Be Agile & Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-evolving environment with shifting priorities and ambitious timelines.
-Multitask Under Pressure: Manage multiple modules and projects while maintaining quality and focus.

What You’ll Need:
-3 years’ SaaS product experience with full ownership
-Leadership + cross-team collaboration skills
-Familiar with Agile, Scrum & SaaS lifecycle
-Bonus: Experience in HR, Accounting, or Marketing tech
