What you'll be doing
-Performing general office duties such as invoicing, inventory, filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
-Handling incoming phone calls and emails, and responding to queries in a professional manner
-Maintaining and updating various administrative records and databases
-Providing support to the management team as required
-Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for
-At least 2 years of experience working as an Admin Clerk or in a similar administrative role
-Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
-Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
-A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the business
