What You’ll Do
-Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues (PCs, laptops, peripherals)
-Repair or replace damaged computer components and network equipment
-Provide technical assistance to team members and clients with IT issues
-Test and configure new hardware and software before deployment

-Fresh graduates welcome - we provide comprehensive training
-IT support experience or relevant technical certifications preferred
-Hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and network support knowledge
-Flexibility for cross-training at various outlets and locations
-Available for immediate start (strong advantage)
