Job Responsibilities
-Take full ownership of daily accounting operations for the Malaysia branch, including bookkeeping, expense verification, financial statement preparation, tax filing & compliance, export tax refund management, statistical reporting, annual audit coordination, cost accounting, fixed asset & inventory management, and accounting records archiving.
-Assist in bank account opening/closing, daily banking transactions processing, cash flow planning, routine fund settlements, and negotiation of bank financing facilities.
-Coordinate and communicate on local financial matters, streamline internal financial workflows, and drive the development of financial informatization systems.
-Fulfill other assigned tasks and ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements
-Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience in a manufacturing company based in Malaysia. Profound knowledge of local tax regulations and fiscal policies, hands-on experience in export tax refund procedures, and a proven track record of handling end-to-end bookkeeping. Ability to develop and implement localized financial policies and procedures aligned with Malaysia’s compliance standards. Skilled in accounting reconciliation, fund settlement, tax compliance, company registration formalities, and audit coordination.
-Competencies: Strong financial management capabilities to oversee financial audits, monitor business process compliance, and mitigate potential financial and tax risks in line with corporate governance requirements.
-Excellent communication and learning agility, meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and strict adherence to professional ethics and integrity standards.
-Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Chinese-Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written), to support cross-team and local stakeholder communication.
