What you'll be doing
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
-Report to the Senior , assist the Finance Team to complete the monthly reports submission on-time.
-Reconciling bank accounts and resolving any discrepancies
-Maintain efficient filing systems for audit and statutory requirement.
-Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments as needed
-Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices
-Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining strong working relationships.

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
-Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Auto Count System
-Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
-Proactive and problem-solving mindset
-Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
