Job Responsibilities
-Handle full set of accounts, including daily accounting entries, month-end closing, and year-end closing.
-Record all invoices, payments, and bills accurately in the Bukku accounting system.
-Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies independently.
-Process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
-Maintain records for staff leave and claims, and ensure proper documentation.
-Handle SST documentation, submission, and coordination.
-Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and relevant external parties as required.
-Support internal administrative tasks if needed.

Job Requirements
-Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-2–3 years’ experience in accounting, with full set accounts handling
-Familiar with bank reconciliation, month-end closing, and payroll
-Knowledge of statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and SST is an advantage
-Proficient in accounting software (Bukku experience is a plus)
-Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
-Good communication skills in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
-Able to start work as soon as possible
