Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Review and understand machine specifications, manuals, and operating requirements from overseas suppliers.
-Inspect machines upon arrival to ensure compliance with order specifications and check for damages or missing components.
-Provide technical support during machine handling, loading/unloading, and delivery to customer sites.
-Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for proper storage, packaging, and transportation of machinery.
-Assist in basic setup, testing, and commissioning of machines at customer locations (if required).
-Communicate with suppliers for technical clarification, troubleshooting, or spare parts inquiries.
-Prepare technical documentation such as inspection reports, handover checklists, and delivery notes.
-Ensure all handling activities comply with safety and quality standards.
-Support after-sales service and provide customer guidance on basic machine operation or maintenance (as required).
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution.
-Travel to customer sites, warehouses, ports, or supplier locations (locally and abroad) as part of operational and technical duties.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Qualification Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.
-Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in machinery handling, logistics coordination, or technical service (fresh graduates with strong technical background may be considered).

Skills & Competencies:
-Strong knowledge of CNC machines.
-Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly industrial machinery.
-Ability to read and interpret machine drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals (English and basic Chinese reading ability is an advantage).
-Familiar with machine testing, troubleshooting, and installation procedures.
-Experience in logistics or import/export handling of heavy equipment or machinery.
-Good communication skills for coordination with suppliers, logistics teams, and customers.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
-Knowledge of safety handling procedures and documentation practices.
-Willing and able to travel frequently within Malaysia and occasionally overseas.

-Hands-on and willing to be on-site for inspection or installation.
-Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
-Good teamwork and customer-focused mindset.
-Flexible and adaptable to travel schedules or operational demands.
