Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Reporting
-Lead the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including AP, AR, GL, and cash flow.
-Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and analysis for senior management and stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

2. Cash Flow & Treasury
-Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.
-Implement effective controls over payments, collections, and banking transactions.
-Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting
-Drive the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
-Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
-Identify financial risks and opportunities to optimize business performance.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
-Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and growth initiatives.
-Act as a key advisor to management on financial strategies and business planning.

Qualifications & Experience
-Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc.).
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Strong track record in financial reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting.
-Communicates fluently in English & Mandarin (spoken and written).
-Preferred Mandarin Speaking Candidates due to job role require to communicate internal /externally.
