Requirements
1. Have a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields.
2. Having at least 1 year of experience in HR administration or office administration is preferred.
3. Have skills:
-Document and record management
-Writing memos and official documents
-Systematic file organization

4. Ability to use systems or software such as:
-Attendance record system
-Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
-Internal HR system (if any)

-Thorough, disciplined and responsible
-Able to maintain confidentiality of information
-Able to work independently and follow instructions
2. Have good and professional communication skills.
