Requirements
1. Have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
2. Having at least one (1) year of working experience in a field related to Human Resources or HR Administration is an advantage / preferred.
3. Have experience in:
- Calculation and management of salaries (payroll)

Recruitment
- Preparation of official employee correspondence
- Calculation and management of statutory contributions
- Management of employee complaints

4. Have experience in managing EA Forms as well as other forms related to human resources and employee taxation.
5. Having experience using the MySyarikat system is an advantage / preferred.
6. Have good interpersonal communication skills, able to deal professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
7. Have a meticulous, systematic and disciplined attitude, especially in HR documentation.
8. Having basic knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and labor legislation is an advantage.
9. Ability to work independently and manage various tasks within a set time frame.
