Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
-Fluent in local languages; strong preference for candidates proficient in Mandarin
-Min 2 years of marketing experience (experience in hospitality is an added advantage).
-Strong content creation skills, especially for social media.
-Basic knowledge of social media management and online community engagement.
-Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
-Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe) are an added advantage

Responsibilities
Marketing Support & Campaigns
-Assist with marketing plans and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
-Support promotions, events, roadshows, and partnerships.

Content Creation (English & Mandarin)
-Produce content for social media, brochures, posters, banners, and websites.
-Create engaging Mandarin content for platforms like RED/XiaoHongShu.
-Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines.

Digital & Social Media Management
-Manage posting, scheduling, and engagement on all social channels.
-Grow PSL's presence on Mandarin platforms; monitor comments and inquiries.
-Track metrics and report trends to the Marketing Manager.

Community & Event Support
-Assist with planning and executing events and community programs.
-Coordinate with vendors and teams; represent PSL professionally when needed.

Reporting & Admin
-Compile weekly social media updates; maintain marketing and event trackers.
-Provide basic reporting and organize marketing files.
