JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES:

WMS & Data Management

Perform accurate and timely data entry for inbound, outbound, inventory, and cycle count activities in the WMS.

Monitor WMS dashboards, queues, alerts, and error logs to ensure smooth processing of daily tasks.

Create, update, and maintain system records including SKUs, storage locations, user profiles, orders, and bills of lading.

Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies such as mismatched inventory, missing transactions, or failed scans.

Support basic WMS configuration changes under the supervision of the Operations Manager or system administrator.

Track, follow up, and document WMS-related issues, exceptions, and system tickets.



Warehouse Coordination & Documentation

Administrative Support

Provide general administrative assistance to Operations, including scheduling, filing, data compilation, and preparation of simple operational reports.

Maintain and update SOPs, process workflows, and documentation related to WMS and warehouse processes.

Follow up on pending tasks, requests, and coordination items with relevant internal departments.



Others

Perform any other duties, ad-hoc tasks, or cross-functional projects as assigned by the Operation Manager or immediate superior to support the company’s operational goals and ensure smooth business execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is an advantage.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.

Strong accuracy in data entry and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with strong attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills across Warehouse, Operations, and CS teams.

Organized, process-oriented, and capable of multitasking while handling time-sensitive work.
