What you'll be doing
-Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
-Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed
-Supporting the sales team with various tasks, such as preparing proposals and presentations
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
-Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in person, and ensuring a prompt and professional response
-Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
-Collaborating with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
-Performing other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the business

What we're looking for
-At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within the client & sales administration industry
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities' tasks and work under pressure
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
-A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
-A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
