Key Responsibilities
-Assist in planning and executing tournaments, events, and programs organized or co-organized by Baseline Sports.
-Support all pre-event preparation, including logistics, documentation, and coordination.
-Handle inquiries related to tournaments, events, and operational matters.
-Be present on-site during events to assist with administration, logistics, and participant coordination.
-Operate or support livestreaming setups for events held within or outside Baseline (training provided).
-Manage and maintain all administrative forms and operational documents.
-Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

Qualifications
-Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).
-Strong skills in operations coordination, tournament management, and process improvement.
-Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle stakeholders and team collaboration.
-Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
-Prior experience managing or assisting with sports tournaments is a strong plus.
-Advantage for candidates who play or have competed in pickleball, tennis, or badminton.
-Fluent spoken and written English is required.
-Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
