Job Responsibilities
-Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and uphold service standards
-Ensure smooth daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
-Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
-Assist customers with product recommendations and customised perfume creation
-Monitor stock levels and report to management for replenishment
-Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation
-Handle transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role (beauty/fragrance experience preferred)
-Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
-Sales-driven, organised, and proactive
-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
-Positive attitude and passion for fragrance and retail
