What you'll be doing
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Full set account.
-Analysing financial statements, budgets, and creditor aging to support business decision-making and monitor company cash flow.
-Liaising with external stakeholders, such as the auditor, tax agent, banker, lawyer and other related parties
-Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
-Filing of 7E to KPKT and assist in submission of 7F (if required).
-Able to prepare management account.
-Filling of SST or GST (if government impose).
-Assisting in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the Property Development / Construction / Real Estate industry
-Professional Cert, Diploma or Equivalent
-Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial software such as UBS and SQL.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Responsible and good working attitude
-Required language(s): Bahasa Cina, Bahasa Malaysia and English
