Responsibilities
-Responsible for the overall support of admin functions in corporate office for the group.
-Oversee day-to-day operation and upkeep of office administrative facilities to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
-Preparing, organizing, and maintaining files, records, and work reports etc.
-Produce cost comparison and briefs.
-Liaise and coordinate with various departments at all levels within the corporate offices.
-Provide quality customer service in a professional environment.
-Listen to feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
-Undertake any other administrative tasks and/or responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements
-Must possess at least Diploma or Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
-With working experience as admin executive is preferred.
-Experience in handling large scale office would be an added advantage.
-Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Applications.
