Job Descriptions:
· Provide administration support to the sales team
· Prepare and manage quotations and invoices.
· Handle customers’ enquiries and maintain good relationship with customer.
· Arrangement of weekly payment to suppliers and utilities.
· Assisting with the execution of sales and marketing events.

Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years experience in a sales support or customer service role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCount is a plus.
· Good communication skills in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
· Organized, responsible, and a proactive team player.
