- Handle and maintain accurate records of financial transaction entries, and documentation filings that comply to e-invoicing, audit and tax requirements
- Monitor outstanding account receivables (AR) and payables (AP), with follow-ups and payment processing
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and agents to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Managing petty cash and other disbursement accounts in accurate and timely manner
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and other necessary account reconciliations
- Support and work with management in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all documents and processes are completed in compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Prepare and submit tax-related matters (SST, income tax, audit schedules, etc.)
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
- Support management in financial analysis and ad-hoc assignments
