Key Responsibilities

1. Modern Trade & Key Account Management
-Manage day-to-day operational matters for key retail accounts
-Plan and execute promotional activities
-Propose practical and creative initiatives to build brand awareness beyond price-led promotions
-Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with key account buyers and partners
-Conduct market visits to monitor execution and gather market feedback

2. Distributor Management
-Work closely with distributors to ensure alignment on pricing, stock availability, promotions, and execution
-Coordinate and resolve operational and customer service issues in a timely manner
-Maintain regular communication to ensure distributors are well-informed, supported, and performing effectively

3. Business Development & Channel Expansion
-Explore new channel opportunities and potential collaborations to expand the brand’s footprint
-Identify growth opportunities across both existing and emerging channels
-Provide market insights, competitive observations, and commercial feedback to support business planning

Job Requirements
-Must-have: At least 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
-Familiar with listing procedures, trading terms, and trade promo requirements.
-Experience working directly with retail buyers and distributors.
-Strong communication, and analytical skills.
-Independent, proactive, and self-motivated — comfortable working alone but capable of cross-functional collaboration.
