Job Description:
-Ensure that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets, which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
-Provide oversight on procurement direction to the management to ensure the purchasing and planning are performing effectively.
-Participate in Tender Process - Sourcing, Invitation, site visits, Tender Opening Committee. Write-ups and monitoring the project according to tender selection process.
-Procure machinery, equipment, spare parts, consumables, subcontracted services, and other materials required for manufacturing plant operations in a timely and cost-effective.
-Source the potential suppliers, conduct RFQ and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
-To obtain the competitive price and value by analyses quotations, compare quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
-Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audits and reporting.
-Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Logistics) to determine procurement needs and priorities.
-Resolve issues related to delivery delays, product quality, or billing discrepancies.
-Attend or conduct technical meetings with appointed contractors on contract job allocations and ensure compliances of contract specifications
-Create, prepare, and maintain purchasing process, such as RFQ, PO up to delivery of the materials or services and monitor outstanding orders.
-Prepare periodically purchases report for Management's review.
-Maintain strong vendor relationships, responsible of supplier evaluation and selection and monitor supplier performance, and update and review the suppliers/ contractors in relation to provision of their services and performance.
-In charge on daily Purchasing activities to ensure the operation is running smoothly
-Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new products/services.

Requirement :
-Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Min 3 years working experience in Procurement.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
