What You Will Do
-Prepare, update, and maintain employee records, personnel files, and company and HR databases.
-Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, and checklist coordination.
-Assist in the preparation of HR documentation and statutory submissions, such as employment contract stamping, CP22/CP22A, and other government-related filings.
-Support payroll and attendance administration by compiling, verifying, and reconciling relevant data.
-Coordinate HR-related activities, including training sessions, meetings, and internal events.
-Perform general HR and office administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Respond to basic HR-related inquiries and escalate matters to the appropriate parties when necessary.
-Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee and company information at all times.

What You Will Learn
