Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:

Secretarial/Paralegal
-Attending to corporate secretarial maintenance work on portfolio of clients;
-Attending to applications to various authorities on ad-hoc basis;
-Assisting on restructuring exercises;
-Assisting partners and lawyers where necessary.

General
-Monitoring billings

Requirements:
-Candidate must be a MAICSA graduate.
-3 years and above of experience in corporate secretarial practice. Working knowledge of companies listed on Bursa Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Listing Requirements would be an advantage.
-Should be resourceful, independent, have good communication and interpersonal skills.
-An excellent command of written and spoken English.
-Candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and have a high level of initiative.
-Proficient in MS office application.
-Proficient in BASIS software is an advantage.
-Good team player and able to work closely with clients, lawyers and support staff.
-Must be willing to work in KL.
-Candidates should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Full time position only.
-Required language(s): English.
