Responsibilities
-Assist Engineers and Production teams in executing NPI builds for Front of line 1 and 2
-Prepare tooling, jigs, consumables, and required materials ahead of NPI trials
-Collect process data, monitor parameters, and report findings to the NPI Engineer and Manager
-Participate in root-cause analysis and improvement activities for NPI - related issues

Requirement
-Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
-Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in Manufacturing, Production, or process - related roles (experience in NPI is an advantage)
-Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
-Hands-on experience with Production equipment, jigs, fixtures, or technical processes
-Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and the ability to work under tight schedules
-Ability to read drawings, follow SOPs / WIs, and carry out technical tasks with minimal supervision
