Position : Field Service Technician (Maintenance of Equipment) -Malaysia

Location : Malaysia - WFH/ Client's Side

Working hours : 5 days a week, 9am -6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to MYR 7500 + Daily Per Diem + Transport Reimbursement

Duration : Permanent

Industry : Manufacturing of Paper





Main Responsibilities:

Supervise and personally perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.

Train customer teams on safe operation and maintenance procedures, emphasizing zero-energy safety protocols.

Provide expert remote customer support via phone and ensure timely follow-up documentation.

Require travelling across the region





Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.

Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining heavy machinery.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
